Classes are a nourishing blend of guided Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork, a distillation of the gentle practices which strengthen our connection to inner peace, supporting us in the release of anxious feelings and negative thinking, soothing body pain caused by constricted and stiff muscles and joints and inviting in harmony. Everybody is welcome, at any level, these classes can be modified to suit you.
Held in the most beautiful studio, a gorgeous converted barn set in stunning countryside, we practice in warm soothing glow of lamps, candles and twinkling fairy-lit beams, with the added luxury of exquisite essential oils, and soul stirring ambient music. This truly is the most inviting space, Mats, bolsters, blankets and bocks all supplied for you.”

09:30 – GLOW FLOW – 60 minutes all levels yoga
8:15 pm – POCKETS OF PEACE – 60 minuteall levels yoga
