Sound Baths & Drumming Circles
Yesterday, we were fortunate enough to welcome the incredible Paula Inch to the Sunrise Yoga studio who shared an amazing drumming circle followed by an overnight sound bath. The drumming circle continued playing through the whole night through to the morning, creating a powerful 12 hours of sound and human connection. Thank you!
